Returns

  • Return Period — Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • How to Return — Email info@lcarene.com to initiate your return. Use a tracked shipping service and provide us with the tracking number once shipped. If you're in Hong Kong, you may also drop off your return at one of our retail locations — please email us in advance to arrange.
  • Return Shipping — Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Refunds — Once your return is received at our warehouse, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Return Conditions — Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with original tags attached. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria; ineligible items will be sent back to you.
  • Non-returnable Items — Final sale and promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

We do not offer online exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.

If you're in Hong Kong, you're welcome to visit one of our retail locations to exchange in person. Email info@lcarene.com to arrange your in-store exchange.
